Come Kick Up Your Heels With All The Country Folks

Order of the Eastern Star registration will be open from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Friday afternoon.

Attached is the form you will need for your hotel room. This form should be made out and sent directly to the hotel with your payment for the room by September 20, 2008

Also you will find a reservation form for your meals. Money and reservations should be sent to: Dottie Brophy or Joyce Ballantine (addresses are on the registration form. All forms must be sent in to be received before September 20th, 2008. This is the cut off date.

There is also a form enclosed to order T-shirts. This order form has to be to us by September 1st, 2008 (not the 20th as for all the other forms). The order has to be in the hands of the T-shirt company by September 2nd, 2008. Again please send these orders to Dottie Brophy or Joyce Ballantine.

We will need three or four members from each Jurisdiction to man their registration table. Please let us know the names of those who will be assisting us.

Friday night there will be a Halloween costume party with a dinner buffet. Saturday night there will be a band and a sit down dinner. We will be having door prizes.

Saturday during the day will be time to get together with your counter-parts and friends and a time to do any of the activities in the area.

Each jurisdiction is to provide four centerpieces, forty favors and 3 theme baskets. Please get those to Dottie Brophy or Joyce Ballantine when you get there. Thank you. Again we look forward to seeing you in Vermont. This is a "Country Bumpkin" International Weekend. NO FORMAL WEAR. (a short dress for Saturday night). Come and visit us for an old fashioned country fun weekend.
