will convene

July 4, 5 and 6, 2011

at the

Old Orchard Inn

Wolfville, Nova Scotia

    HOUSING TULSA OKLAHOMA

 Our Delegation will be housed with Texas and the 2009-2012 Committee members

at the Holiday Inn Crown Plaza in Tulsa Ok.  Oklahoma housing Chairman is setting

up a data base to guarantee all of these Delegates will have a room there.

To accomplish this we are requesting that all room reservations to be sent to Jerry Trees P.G.P. Texas 2413 Telegraph Drive San Antonio Tx 78219-1918

He will forward our information to the General Grand Chapter Housing Chairman who will pass our information on to the hotel.

This is to ensure that all our members will be together and ready for work when called

upon, as we have extended the invitation to New Brunswick they have been included

for housing there.
